Online Application and Registration Guidelines

Self-Sponsored Students

To join the university as a self sponsored student, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the button labelled "Create Account" to create your online account.
  2. Login with your registered email and set password.
  3. To make an application click on "New Application" and provide all the required information and documents and submit.
  4. Pay the application fee for your application to be processed.
  5. To track your application status click on "My Applications".

Application fee payment

Use the following details to pay your Application fee using E-Citizen.

  1. After your application you will be redirected to your applications list page
  2. Click on the pay button
  3. You will be redirected to a payment details page
  4. Click on the pay now button
  5. You will be redirected to E-Citizen checkout page
  6. Select your payment mode, follow the instructions and complete the transaction
